“Love love LOVE this place! Such delicious gluten and dairy free items! This establishment is very allergy friendly and all vegan, but you’d never know by the taste. I’m actually so surprised I JUST found this place because I’ve been having to drive all the way to Connecticut for my gluten and dairy free dessert needs! I wish I knew about this place for my wedding last May! ? But I’ll definitely choose this bakery for my baby shower. The chocolate chip cookies and banana bread were absolutely amazing, the banana bread was perfect for a nice breakfast treat and my husband, who is not gluten/dairy free, rated them 10/10. Also, the smoothies were fresh and delicious. I can only imagine what the rest of their items taste like. “I cannot say enough about the wonderful people at NBC Poughkeepsie!!! I live 2.5 hours away and needed to order a cake for my daughter's birthday to be delivered to her at school. I called NBC and was lucky enough to have Max pick up the phone. We were on the phone for over 1 hour!!! He was soooo patient with all my questions and changes and crazy tangents -that by the end of the call not only did my daughter end up getting perhaps the best and most beautiful Birthday cake she has ever received, but I no joke wanted to adopt Max!!!! I am a super critical, detail oriented person and I was blown away by just how insanely nice these people were and how much they went out of their way to share with you - and in this case my daughter - their delicious cakes.
