“I stop here every now and then when I'm driving upstate to my brother's place by Rhinebeck. Him and his wife and kids (lots of kids) are all vegan, so I can generally get a good variety of treats for the house. The bakery products always look lovely and the store's overall aesthetic is very nice, but I find the actual taste and flavors to be very hit or miss- some things are excellent, some very mediocre- but there's so few vegan options upstate, so this spot is certainly filling a void. However, the staff very frequently are unwelcoming, sometimes to the point of outright rudeness. They seem to treat their paying customers in a very snobbish manner for some reason, which is unfortunate. I often walk out wondering why the overall experience was so strange, but I guess it's just something that you have to live with if you want to have a vegan dessert in the Hudson Valley.“
“When you walk in, you are greeted immediately and the atmosphere is inviting and warm. The food was absolutely stellar. I had a grilled octopus special for an app that was cooked to perfection followed by the half rack of lamb that was so juicy and delicious. The sauce was incredible..not only is the food 5 star, watching the staff work together was quite lovely. They seem to be a true family and it is a welcome sight to see. Highly recommend this establishment and kudos to the staff and kitchen.“

Been hearing great things about Steve’s Subs for a while- went early today… I got a veggie sub and it was great, my other 1/2 got the Mixed Italian- had to weigh 5 lbs. ?Huge!! “Like many, I made the mistake of driving past this place about 100x before finally going in. Wow. Amazing goodies! Including an entire section of delicious grain and gluten free items! Hidden gems: the black and white cookies are some of the best i've ever had and the black and white "explosions" are some of the most interesting little treats i've found.“
“I’m writing this review simply based off their packaging of my caesar salad. One of my biggest pet peeves is when hot chicken is put on lettuce and then it becomes soggy. Matteo’s packages the chicken separate from the lettuce like GENIUSES. The caesar dressing is also very very yummy.Staff is super friendly and kind! I recommend ordering delivery straight from them. Much much cheaper than DoorDash or UberEats“
“This place was such a gem. Our group came for breakfast during our weekend trip in Kingston. The hot drinks came in unique beautiful mugs and the food was delicious, with a lot of vegetarian options. I got a brekkie sandwich - the bacon was a little tough, but taste was good. One side of the cafe is mainly for ordering and then there is another side with seating - one long table that could seat a big group and a couple other small tables.“

“Super bowl is extremely clean and the food is high quality. I've dined in for both the hot pot and regular menu. The regular menu is above average for similar food in the area. The hot pot is a great experience and I'm always impressed by the quality of the food. If you're looking for an intimate dining atmosphere and a good meal, Super Bowl is a great option. My favorite are the steamed wontons!“

“Love love LOVE this place! Such delicious gluten and dairy free items! This establishment is very allergy friendly and all vegan, but you’d never know by the taste. I’m actually so surprised I JUST found this place because I’ve been having to drive all the way to Connecticut for my gluten and dairy free dessert needs! I wish I knew about this place for my wedding last May! ? But I’ll definitely choose this bakery for my baby shower. The chocolate chip cookies and banana bread were absolutely amazing, the banana bread was perfect for a nice breakfast treat and my husband, who is not gluten/dairy free, rated them 10/10. Also, the smoothies were fresh and delicious. I can only imagine what the rest of their items taste like. “Smokey Rock BBQ provided a satisfactory experience during the Christmas party I attended. The atmosphere was festive and cozy, fitting for the occasion. The barbecue offerings were decent, with a variety of options to choose from. While the food was tasty, it didn't necessarily wow me. The brisket was tender and season pretty well. Service was adequate, it was family style and the staff was on top of drinks and clearing. Overall, it was a pleasant enough experience for a holiday gathering, but nothing particularly memorable.“

“We love Annabelle's. The staff are pleasant, accomodating, fast moving and simply fabulous. We stop in most weekends for breakfast and often pick up a treat for the next morning. Many folks are unaware of the fabulous breakfast sandwiches they whip up. Think asiago bagel with lox and fresh scallion cream cheese, or an everything bagel toasted with fried eggs, delicious bacon, cheddar cheese and avocado for good measure. Our best weekends begin or end with a visit to Annabelle's. It is well worth going out of your way for. They also make fabulous, reasonably priced cakes (decorated following special requests. I got one with a biplane for my husband who has a background in aeronautical engineering!). Thank you Ann and friends at Annabelle's bake shop!“
“This place is great and I can't recommend it enough. Not only is the quality of food amazing but the staff and service have always been extremely friendly, welcoming with a non-pretentious attitude. This place is accesible for local Kingston residents, unlike some of the gentrification cafes that have popped up in recent years that cater strictly to tourists or recent, wealthy transplants. The prices here are actually fair- like it doesn't cost $12 for a breakfast sandwich with no meat on it- fair. Very clean and like I said, high quality taste in food. I always get a breakfast sandwich but their lunch options are great too. There is no better place to get a breakfast sandwich in Kingston. I love Fat Cat !“
