amazing ice cream!! i tried the banana cream pie, which was delicious, but ultimately purchased chocolate and salted caramel. maple flavor was out of stock and i’m so sad i wasn’t able to try it. not sure if i’ll ever end up in woodstock again but if i do this would be my first stop.
I love ice cream soooo much and this is truly the best ice cream ever. I visited this shop last November while on a trip and have been thinking about this ice cream so vividly over this past year that my partner and I decided to spontaneously make the 2 and half hour trip from NYC this Saturday just to have this ice cream—believe me, it is 1000% worth it. The service, atmosphere and ice cream are all so lovely, I would do it again!

The owner was super nice and it was really cute in there! We tried the vegan mint chip ice cream and it was really good! It was cashew based and I normally am not a fan of cashew based things but it was so good!
