You can’t go wrong with Sweet Maresa’s but in particular the cookies (their macaroons tend to be very sweet!) - the thumbprint, the pistachio, truly all of the cookies are phenomenal. Also love the small vegan cheese and meats case!
I stop here every now and then when I'm driving upstate to my brother's place by Rhinebeck. Him and his wife and kids (lots of kids) are all vegan, so I can generally get a good variety of treats for the house. The bakery products always look lovely and the store's overall aesthetic is very nice, but I find the actual taste and flavors to be very hit or miss- some things are excellent, some very mediocre- but there's so few vegan options upstate, so this spot is certainly filling...read full review
