The artistry and taste of the food, as well as the attention of the staff were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our very special experience. The atmosphere and ambiance were delightful. Our server Zack, our chef, and the water and bread staff, were very attentive. Zack's warm and welcoming personality led us to ask questions which were graciously answered. Your attractive and creative artistic selections were especially appreciated by non-meat eaters. Thank you for a most enjoyable luncheon experience in an elegant setting enhanced by impeccable service!

The staff was absolutely phenomenal! The drinks were so fantastic, the food... my goodness... these students cook better than most restaurants out there!!! Truly a wonderful experience! Thank you all for your hospitality.

How can you go wrong? Beautiful place, the students are really amazing giving so much. Food was such a delight. We scored big having Peter taking care of our table, he had great insights and was real skillful about the menu.

Lovely experience! Took the teen aged grandchildren who were very impressed...and as picky eaters, they were impressed with the choices they made! Especially delightful was the ice cream made at table for dessert...soo delicious! It was delightful to visit a bit with the wait staff and hear their experiences...they were so polite and friendly, too, but still professionals! We totally enjoyed the experience!!

We had a very nice dinner, service was a tad disjointed at first but they got everything back on track after the wine arrived! The food was really delicious, we had oysters and steak tartare for appetizers, then some lovely snapper and scallops for entrees. Dessert was also delicious, tropical fruit, ice cream and meringue. We paired everything with a South African Sauvignon Blanc, and ended with a wonderful Jamaican coffee. We look forward to visiting again.

Delicious beautifully prepared food with excellent service with tiny confusions as to who gets which entre fun to chat with students. A bit noisy at first but many left previous seating and it quieted down. Great deal with fixed price lunch.

Overall the experience was outstanding the food was outstanding and students did a phenomenal job. I was very happy and am excited to come back. If the noise level wasn't mentioned in the questionnaire I probably would have forgotten about it but as a “older” -I still haven't completely accepted it- gentleman who wears hearing aids the noise level at times was in between removing the hearing aids or tolerate their assistance. Background noise is their weakness. Overall it's a me problem and your restaurant was beyond a treat for myself and guests. Thank you

Our lunch at The Bocuse restaurant perfectly french. I started with frogs legs, which were tender, with just the right amount of garlic. I chose the lotte for my main dish and it was beautifully paired with tiny, waxy potatoes. For dessert I had the lemon curd with italian meringue and a little ball of grapefruit sorbet, perfect balance. The service was excellent throughout. This was my first visit to the CIA and I look forward to many more.

Loved the monkfish and the Diablo sauce with the chicken was outstanding. We didn't feel rushed and students were knowledgeable. As a professional chef, I was quite pleased. Well done.

We drove 1 hour and 40 minutes to get there. The restaurant was so beautiful and the staff, students and one professor were wonderful. The food was ok. The duck entree came with an assortment of vegetables that were scant. The lamb "shoulder" was actually a lamb patty that I make at home. I was astonished that my lamb burger and the lamb shoulder I was served tasted exactly the same. I was expecting something more along the lines of a lamb shank. The English peas in my lamb entree were delicious but yet again, scant. My husband and I came home exhausted from the drive and couldn't stop talking about the 3 hour drive round trip. Was it worth it? Yes and No. The desserts were perfect. As was the cocktail and sparkling wine. We still ended up with a $200+ check and had to drive 170 miles home. All in all, we were happy to see some of the campus and meet terrific students. Good luck to them! Would I recommend The Bocuse Restaurant to a friend? Unless they live close by, want to see this beautiful campus and do not mind spending $200 on so, so dinner, the answer is no.

Exquisite experience. The duck was excellent, although the skin was not quite as crisp as I would have liked it. Desserts were fantastic. The pork was great. So were the scallops and the crab rice was excellent. The highlight of the meal for me was the puff pastry consume. It was amazing.

I have been wanting to dine here for over 10 years but could never get a reservation when I could go. It was worth the wait! Food, service and environs were all excellent. Everyone at our table loved their meal. I thought it would be more classic french and it turned out to be very modern. Next time I will specify vegan because I would have preferred a vegan option (the meat free items were all laden with cheese, not that I'm complaining!). Highly recommend!

Five of us for lunch sampled wonderful food. Everything was beautifully plated and delicious. I have never had anything at Bocuse that wasn't special and perfectly prepared. The students are cheerful and helpful.

My husband and I took our friends to Bocuse, it was their first time. Our waitress Lindsey was great. She kept checking on us and wanting to know if we needed anything else. The food was amazing and the staff was so friendly. We definitely come back!
