Went for a tour and tasting and everything was fabulous, from the space itself to the tour guide, the facility, the attention to detail, the information, and, maybe most importantly, the sakes. Clean, smooth, absolutely delicious. I am a convert to sake and understand why Dassai has such an outstanding reputation. ⭐️
