Idk how this place has less than 5 stars. I've been eating at Great Wall for like, 20 years on/off and it is consistently great, fresh, and delicious. I grew up in Queens with tons of great Chinese food, but this is better. While living in Los Angeles, I literally dreamt about Great Wall's tofu and broccoli. No one makes it like they do. It's always my first meal when I come to Hyde Park. And omg those spring rolls 🤤
Food was done quick and was absolutely delicious. Some of the best Chinese I’ve had in quite sometime to be honest! We usually go to pleasant valley but will definitely be coming back here for more. I got sautéed broccoli and veg friend rice vegetables were fresh and crisp my husband got the sweet and sour chicken combo and was also impresse with the quality chicken. Which we find hard to come by these days. Good prices as well, overall great good and we’ll be back.
Pretty decent food, to be completely honest. There are certainly better Chinese restaurants in the area, but this place is definitely nothing to sneeze at. If you're looking for classic American Chinese food in Hyde Park, I'd recommend Great Wall.
