Another great experience at a CIA student staffed restaurant. Food was absolutely outstanding. Service (beginning of a new term) was unstead but warm and helpful. Next time I will prompt the student servers more to tend to normal order of steps--like drink orders earlier.
Its always a pleasure to come to the Bocuse restaurant (our 3 rd. time) Everyone was very professional at the restaurant, the ambiance was peaceful and quiet, the soft jazz music in the background was just right in choice and sound volume. The food of course was delightful as usual. Thank you so much for your warm welcome at the Bocuse.
Our lunch at Bocuse Restaurant at CIA was undoubtedly the best such we've ever had. The three course lunch surpassed our expectations. Each course was presented beautifully and the subtleties of the ingredients afforded a burst of flavor to our pallets . We've been there three times and each meal has been exceptional.
