I wanted to try something new, I came here on Valentines day, made reservations, everything was perfect.

I ordered a chicken Parmesan vodka rotini. The most important part was missing. The chicken Parmesan. How do you forget the chicken. I even called the store. They could care less. This is not the first time they messed up my meal. It’s very disappointing. There wasn’t much I could do due to ordering it through DoorDash.

This was our first time there, trying something new for Valentines. Everything about our dinner was amazing. Food, portion size, cleanliness, and our server Ashley was one of the best we've ever had. Highly recommend this place.

This is about the 4th time we have eaten here. The food is delicious. Large portions for a very good price. Drinks are also very good. It is rather noisy - which doesn't bother me but if anyone is looking for a quiet dinner just know this ahead of time. Excellent restaurant. ♥️

We went on a Tuesday night with a party of six. We understand Tuesday is not where a restaurant is had its strongest but there was many issues that we had. The bread didn't come for almost 40 minutes after we got there and 25 minutes after we ordered. Read to ask for water refills and My grandmother's steak was overcooked and they had to make it a second time. Then the final thing was they added a charge for a meal that we never ordered to our bill. This place is branded as a steakhouse and they charge delmonico's prices for their steak but they don't have delmonicos service. Their pizza is good but their stakehouse is not. 3 stars is generous.

One last thing the lights in the area where we have there are 2 lights that are set to a different brightness than all of the other lights. It doesn't really help with the steakhouse vibe. You need to adjust the brightness on those disk lights. It's fairly easy to do.

Edit I do appreciate the reply. I will add yes I spoke to waitress and they did correct my order and remove the item I didnt order.

This place is truly the best restaurant I have ever been to. My husband and I are local and we are so happy to have a place to call home base when we want GREAT food, friendly fast service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything is fresh, made to order and absolutely delicious! Can’t recommend Cacciatore’s enough… we come here time and time again.
