Indian Lake Restaurant, Tavern and Liquor Store

We had an amazing dinner. We came in to watch a FIFA game at the bar and we ended up staying for dinner. Everything was delicious and fresh. We had the Brussels sprouts with our beer - amazing!!! For dinner we had the zatar chicken and the quesadillas. Both were delicious. And the raspberry pie was awesome - fresh raspberries and real whipped cream.

This is a friendly, family style restaurant with great tasty food.

What a great meal we had here! This was five stars all the way, starting with K., our server, who was so personable and attentive that we just had to tell you how impressed we are! And the food - 1. zatar chicken with sides of macaroni and cheese and cucumber-dill salad, and 2. the caesar salad, then the fajita chicken quesadilla - was excellent in all respects. We had had a chicken dish elsewhere two evenings before, and were disappointed at how dry and stringy the meat was. In contrast, the chicken in both of these dishes at the Indian Lake Restaurant was tender, juicy, flavorful - just right!
And the Beaverbite IPA and the Colimoro pinot grigio went well with our meal.
All in all, we were so happy we stopped to dine here. We highly recommend that you do, too.

We had to wait a little bit to get in on Juneteenth without a reservation, but it was well worth it. The menu had a variety of options including an extensive (and cheap) kids menu. I had the fish and chips and my son got a quesadilla with a side of mac and cheese. Although we waited for a table after we were seated service was over the top prompt and attentive. It made me feel like we were in a restaurant in my hometown and my dad liked it so much hes planning to drive back ) 1.5 hours away from us to visit again soon. If youre just passing though like we were you will feel very welcome so I encourage you to stop in.

Had an incredible steak, with mashed potatoes and collard greens. I felt like I was at my grandma's house for dinner. Staff was attentive and the chef did not disappoint.

Quaint town in the Adirondacks. It is for sale if anyone is interested.

This is a REAL liquor store, best outside of Tupper Lake, great selection, reasonable mountain prices, and the owner, she really knows her stuff. A fantastic surprise .I don't know about the bar restaurant, didn't go in. But I probably will now.

Our wait was a little longer than estimated, so I ordered drinks and food as soon as our server greeted us. Dinner and Chardonnay arrived at the same time and honestly it’s the best salmon I’ve ever eaten, anywhere. We took homemade dessert to go and it was also 10/10.

We stopped here randomly and it’s truly a hidden gem. Warm, welcoming spot with an incredibly diverse menu of top-notch eats. The chef is a genius. And not just your usual vegan option of a beyond burger, but such inspired fare as Jack fruit pulled pork. Amazing!

Nice place! First time hear. Stopped in for lunch on the bike. Cold beverage. Nice courtry/Adirondack theme. Love it. Nice old-school bar. Big menu tons of options. Prices decent too. I had the poutine, was awesome. They also have a sick vintage Elvis pinball machine!!! Bartender was friendly. Everything was great thanks

What a pleasant surprise! After being disappointed at another restaurant in the next town, we came across the Indian Lake restaurant tavern! The waitress was awesome and the food even better! The soups were delicious and we were able to get the daily special, which was a pleasant surprise! It was delicious!! We will definitely be back!!
