A trip to Inlet isn’t complete without a panini form the caboose! DELICIOUS and exactly what I want after a day in the sun. Customer service is great and food is great. Couldn’t ask any more from this little Adirondack town.

Super great experience. Wonderful variety of panini sandwiches available. The roast beef was a big hit and the potrabella mushroom was delicious. Highly recommended. Outdoor picnic tables under an awning is available.

The Caboose offers a variety of paninis plus a few extra items for breakfast and lunch. Affordable, fast, friendly. I've eaten here on several times over 3 summers and have never been disappointed.
