They did not obey the law. They made their restaurant inaccessible to a friend who is blind because she had a service dog with her. They suggested she order food and take it outside to eat. When questioned, the server admitted he would not have suggested that to her party if the dog wasn’t with her. It is disappointing in 2025 for any place of business to deny service to someone who is blind. They face enough challenges every day in a world designed for sighted people. Shame...read full review
We went to Tony Harper‘s pizza and clam shack on September 9, 2025. There were six adults, one baby and one service dog, a legitimately trained Seeing Eye guide dog from The Seeing Eye Inc. They told us that they were full on the bottom and full on the top, but we could order in and then take it outside to eat.
