“I have had the pleasure of dining at the Hidden Gem Cafe and having various meals catered by the Hidden Gem Cafe on numerous occasions. I can say that breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert are all super delicious. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious, and the French toast is amazing. The catering is on time, fresh, hot, and replete with every condiment, utensil, paper goods, etc. The pies are some of the best I have tasted. They were a godsend!! The owners took it upon themselves to ensure everything was on time. They helped us by reserving some indoor tables right outside their cafe so that our group could stay together. Most importantly, the food we ordered was fresh, tasty, and a hit with everyone. “Been there twice. Had Omelette and burrata Avacado toast. Hazelnut latte. All were delicious! Their coffee is top notch. Service is the problem. They do not have enough wait staff, baristas, maybe even cook staff. The one waitress they have literally is everywhere. First time, long wait for food and second time, long wait for coffee…Went during the week both times and many customers come in for coffee to go… strongly suggest more baristas to handle both seated customers and to-go-customers These issues make me hesitate to come again even though the food and coffee are great! ?? There are plenty of other good breakfast/brunch spots nearby that are just as busy that don’t have these service issues. If fixed, this would be my main stay spot for brunch!“

“They have a Victorian Tea at the Cafe. We made a reservation for a Saturday afternoon a day before. The Victorian Tea was $42.95 a person plus tax and automatic 20% tip so for 2 people, the bill was $110.49. Each person gets a tea pot. The scone and pistachio cake were good. The decor in the tea room was nice though. We came in a relatively hot day and they had fans out since there was no AC.“

“Megan was awesome! She was handling the customers and food well! By herself she had 3 customers at a time as 1 person left a new person came in.
Personally, I would have had a panic attack if I was in her situation but she kept her head on the task at hand and was friendly and greeted everyone as they walked in the door. Megan was fantastic and I was impressed by her being so calm and collected with what should be a stressful situation. Dealing with customers that can be nasty and rude is no fun task, but Megan was a star!
