I want to lead of with one thing... Yes, it's a hot dog truck but it's a hot dog truck with heritage. I used to go to the original location on Spur Drive North when I was a child over 20 years ago. I was sad to see that location close down. I was elated to see they were open again in a new location. I remember Charlie’s Hot Truck when it was in Brentwood off the Parkway Service Rd. I’m thrilled that they’re in Islip Terrace. I grew up in Central Islip but now I live in Georgia. Every time I come to visit my family a visit to Charlie’s is must. Thank you for your dedication to our community!
