Just got home from visiting Asempe kitchen with two friends. I had never been there, but the food was delicious and the service was great. We were having such a good experience, we stayed until right before close accidentally, but no one made us feel rushed or unwelcome. I just love this restaurant and human community inside!
Asempe Kitchen is stepping it up and bringing something to our community that has been missing! I look forward to feeding my tummy and feeding my soul at this rad space in Press Bay Court!!!
Chef Kuukua prepares the most delicious dishes. She has been a staple at the farmers market and now a permanent fixture on the commons. The restaurant is as warm and welcoming as she is! I visit Ithaca and always look forward to trying one of her dishes. Every plate I’ve tried has been delicious!
