Triphammer definitely can use some changes. It's too cold. They added a heater but did nothing due to the doors all leaking the heat out. Nice place, but not up to par. Ithaca bakery can also use customer service training. Some of the demeanor are dry and unpleasant.
Absolutely delicious bagels. I got the ham bagel and it was bussin fr. They were out of plain bagels but they still clutched up with the other kinds. A little touristy but it was hella skibidi 👍🔥🔥💯

Given that it's specifically a BAKERY, one expects fresh bakery items but you get disappointed.
It happened to me twice now that I got cakes from the counter (already prepared ones), they were super bad. This time the frosting on the cake was so hard, you could tell it was about a week old cake just sitting there. And sadly I spent 40$ on that.
