It would have been 5 stars because the iced latte and cappuccino were great,however, the 4 stars is a result of the customer service. The cappuccino came out relatively fast, then I proceeded to wait for my iced latte, and then decided to ask, after the lady making the drinks left. Upon inquiring, I received the response of the cafe being short staffed and was made to feel that me asking for my already paid drink was a problem, other than that wonderful place!
This is a wonderful little place to grab coffee, a bite to eat, a snack, or even a drink! You liked the coffee you had? You can buy a bag right here! Big fan of craft beers? Always nice to stop by here. When traveling between NYC and Rochester this is one of my go to places. They have good coffee and lattes, a nice atmosphere and friendly baristas. Gives me a nice break from driving.
