Service and vibes always great, I often go with my friends on the weekends. Food is solid, but can get a little pricey depending what you get. Nonetheless, good for a chain bakery. HOWEVER I will note that the cakes are great for birthdays - really cool designs and taste great
Looks very appealing but the flavor's only decent. I had higher expectations considering that they're more on the expensive side. That said, it was an enjoyable experience.
