[Baristas: 5 stars. Company: 1 star.] Hard to get excited about Starbucks anymore because of how the company has handled unionization. I've had consistently great experiences with the baristas who work hard around the clock and have gone out of their way to help me (once I spilled my drink and they replaced it). This was a typical Starbucks, but believe it or not, it's hard to find the entrance! Also, even though it's right downtown, it closes at 2:00pm. Not that convenient if you're looking for something to drink in the afternoon. Very surprising since it's connected to a downtown hotel.

I really needed a chai tea latte pick me up and this place delivered! My drink was hot and made correctly with few requested modifications. I enjoyed the quick service and friendly smiles when I walked in to pick up my order. This is a great Starbucks location!
