The BoatYard Grill Reviews
We have come here for many years for special occasions such as Mother and Fathers day as well as several of our wedding anniversaries .The last time we were there (12/6/25) however we were disappointed. Earlier this year, stopped at The Boatyard to listen to Great Music by Virgil Caine. Great Crowd! Food! However Ordering a Drink at the Main Bar was Discriminating!

The Boatyard Grill offers a welcoming atmosphere with great energy but not too loud. The food is amazing, with options like Surf and Turf and Wood Fired Chicken Pasta that are excellent. The restaurant features dishes like the flavorful lobster lollipops and hand-made whipped cream. Recent reviews highlight the fantastic ribeye and strip steak, both cooked perfectly with the distinct taste of the wood-fired grill. The mashed potatoes and green beans are also praised for their flavor and perfect cooking. Some dishes, like the shrimp fra diavlo, have surprising sweetness but are still enjoyable. The ribeye plate was particularly praised for being cooked to perfection with great slides, crispy yet soft potatoes, and perfectly seasoned vegetables, along with a whole head of roasted garlic. The location offers a beautiful view of the water, making the dining experience even more special. The staff, including attentive servers like Mark F., are courteous, professional, and welcoming, ensuring a great dining experience. The cozy seating options and fireplace add to the warm atmosphere. The restaurant is suitable for casual meals as well as special occasions, with the ability to host events like wedding after-parties and brunches, where the staff create a friendly and lively environment with outdoor dining and a mimosa bar. Overall, The Boatyard Grill remains a popular choice for delicious food in a fun, waterfront setting.
