Ordered the Caraquena burger and Cachapa Mixta. Both were fantastic. Plenty of food think the Cachapa might even be big enough to share. It was perfect tons of meat and cheese. This is my new favorite

For $50+, you’re better off buying from the local food trucks. The lady reassured us that there was enough sauce(s) in the take out bag — just to find that there’s 3 empty when we get home. It’s a shame.

The food was good... similar to Venezuela, the service from minute 1 was FATAL, the food took about 50 minutes and the restaurant was completely empty... the waiter who served us from the moment he arrived felt like not working, he didn't have an attitude professional.When we were ordering he made a comment of “Oh God” because we were deciding what to choose, then when my partner ordered the order he asked for me too and the waiter told him “2 cachapas for you alone????” With a c#face as if he was going to eat the 2 cachapas alone, when he was clearly asking for both.Then they brought us the drinks and when my partner was putting the cigarette in he had apparently put it in backwards and the waiter mockingly told him that he had put it in backwards while my friends were ordering their food.Then to pay because we clearly wanted to get out of there running, the waiter decided to sit down to eat and not bring us the bill. He had to send a lady to give us the bill so we could pay.I do recommend the food, one of the best Venezuelan meals I have eaten in New York. But the service really ruined it quite a bit.I never leave reviews but I was really angry with my visit. You can tell that the waiter has not gone out to town and knows what real quality service is!!!?
