This is a nice place if you are a drinker girls are nice but not Licence’s bartenders no food that is the law to have food it is a restaurant in Licence girls are seems like trafficked from South America the bouncer don’t drink but come out from basement high and look trouble with guest who are not Spanish or columbian it is a place you can have a beer and go home Only Nepali owner is nice guy the Spanish owner is old time bar gang type not a safe place the day time bouncer will get high and will try to make reason to fight to any one none Latin beware

Not sure if there is food service? It is a friendly environment. But music is overkill, loud. Can't barely hear conversation among us, so we left almost instantly. Lots of neon, blue lights. Service is on point for customers. No one is left unattended. Great for crowd gathering.

Parking: Zero parking meter available as it's located on Roosevelt. Just find nearby blocks for 2hr max meter.

The bar was very nice, it was everything I was looking for to relax after work and have a pleasant conversation and so it was, the woman who served me was very attentive and thanks to her I had a great time
