LOPSANG, the most unqualified manager!
We were a group of 6 people with pre-reservation table on 12/25. The reservation was taken by Lopsang over the phone around 4 pm. During the reservation call I had asked him if Dhido was served at the restaurant to which he had consented. Dhido was our prime concern for the dinner because of which I had to confirm with him in advance.
