Giant lounge with lots of little nooks and crannies to check out. Several places to get food. Plentiful alcohol, including bars and self-serve. If you're willing to walk, you can find more seating than just what you see when you walk in. An entire self-serve wine bar was a hit with our group. Made the time before our fight very enjoyable.

Wonderful place to spend a few hours waiting for a flight. Staff was very courteous and the setup of the space is well thought out to ensure every sort of traveler is accommodated. The food was much better than what's available in the terminal outside and the buffet seemed well-stocked.

Friday afternoon, zero staff visible, no-one at “The Tasting Room” (so I basically served myself) so no ability to get any fresh food, the buffet is poor and practically empty. This is business class? AA and BA you should be ashamed.
