Comfortable with plenty of seating and power. Food selection is on the low side though

Good lounge and good facilities

Plenty of seats and doesn't feel packed. Food selection was good. Staff were really nice. There is also a Quiet Room for those who want to escape the airport chaos for a bit.

While the food may have been basic and not especially vegetarian-friendly, the quiet room was a sanity-saver (even though some people will still take calls rather than stepping outside). The restrooms were small but clean. Just a few tweaks needed.

Immaculately clean. Good buffet and good selection of teas. Very quiet - no unattended children running amok and no loud adults. Respectful patrons so you can actually get work done, read, or just relax.

This lounge is ok, I was torn between 3 and 4 star because the food choices are not particularly wide. Nevertheless, the staff are good and the seating is very good, enabling quiet working or group gathering - whatever you are looking for. Wine is on tap as is coffee. I visited the lounge on a Saturday afternoon and it was about 70% full.

Not many options as far as lounges go in Terminal 8. The Greenwich is a decent lounge with plenty of seating. It's pretty large and does not feel overcrowded. The food options can be a little better. Not much variety to choose from. I do like that it's very close to the gates, so no need to leave early to get to your gate for boarding.

And not that amazing lounge belongs to American Airlines. Good job.

Whoever thinks this is a great.lounge has never been to the Cathay Pacific lounge in HK.. here, the food is average, soft drinks come from a soda machine and there's hardly any staff around. Not even for making alcoholic beverages. I didn't drink anything, but as far as I can tell, you could only serve yourself wine and a limited amount of spirits. The furnite is also hardly comfortable and looks cheap. Disappointing...

Good showers, food was a bit naff, and for some reason the floor of the bar area shakes which is quite unnerving

Great food and drink, a bit crowded but still relaxing

The concept lounges are thoughtfully designed with a more open and spacious layout—at least during my visit (early in the day), it felt noticeably less cramped than other airport lounges. The food quality stood out as well, with offerings that felt freshly prepared, much like what you'd find in AA Flagship lounges. Staff were attentive, staying on top of refills and keeping the space clean without being intrusive.

Large plain-glass panels offered great, unobstructed views—an excellent design choice that avoids the visual clutter some lounges introduce with overly artistic elements. The showers were a welcome feature after a long flight and were well maintained. The only improvement I'd suggest is adding an exhaust fan to help with ventilation. I also appreciated the use of non-plastic containers throughout the space; I’m not sure if it’s due to local policy or a lounge-specific initiative, but it’s a nice touch. Overall, the experience was clean, comfortable, and efficient—well-suited for a mid-travel reset.
