We really liked this lounge, one of the best business lounges we have been to. It was quiet when we visited and a large part of it was inaccessible due to construction for an upgrade. However, the lounge was very comfortable. The food quality and selection was excellent. The service was very friendly, I remember a particular friendly host that made sure everyone had everything they needed.
Of all the many lounges I’ve visited, I’d say the BA lounge at JFK T8 is among the quietest and thus most relaxing I’ve visited. Aside from being quite spacious, it was also quite empty while I was there. Given how many lounges are either full or turning people away three days, this was certainly a nice change. This was my best ever Business Lounge experience in the U.S. Lots of seating options, including the Bridge Bar at the back, all light & airy. Plenty of food options, some cooked to order, and great drinks selection, including cocktails. Unlike most airport lounges in the U.S., everything was free of charge - no limit on alcoholic beverages, nor charges for premium brands.
