Online Delivery Avoid!!!!!! BIG NOO for who are willing to press online order. I'm a Uber Eats driver. I pickup the order and soon I completed the delivery. Few minutes after she (customer) called me and said the order is not her, name fine but the item wasn’t her. And she also said," she is missing $40 items. After hearing all this, I cancel my current order and took the packet from her(customer) go back to the store and explained all this. OMG.!! There is a female employee (spanish wearing glass) She has no apologetic tone. She said to me, call your customers that we aren’t able to make it. I called her and said all this. Then the female employee (spanish wearing glass) also spoke with her. She was literary yelling to her. May be next this incident will happened to you. So think about itt!!

I had a bad experience on one girl who took my order. I wish I could fire her who took my order Spanish girl (not to mention) Bcz I need to aware people who are willing to come. She is rude unprofessional and unfit for this kind position. I had been waiting 20 minutes just give my order. It was not busy tho! She was busy over the phone call with others. Even instead give me respect for her inconvenience she shown kind of fought with me. Damn!! Not just with me. Take out customer, uber eats drivers with all she doing same thing. I will not go this place . I don’t recommend this place for anyone where doesn’t have customer respect. Shame on this restaurant to having this kind of order-taker(Girl) employee .

Last time i ordered 20 wings and a gyro with white sauce hot sauce and green sauce. They put NO sauce on the gyro. Today i ordered 16 breaded thigh wings mango habanero and paid a dollar for a nuclear sauce. They gave a regular hot sauce instead to save money. This business is aware that no customer will drive all the way back over a sauce so they take advantage of this and give the wrong sauce or no sauce very often to save money. Pretty crooked practice in my opinion

I am requesting owner to check the camera. Today Around 1:50pm. I was standing for 6,7 min. None of the Employee Responded. One guy came from outside after 6,7 min. He Took my order. Employee from the back saw me. But he didn’t respond. For the betterment of the Restaurant I hope owner will take Efficient actin Against it. Thank you. Hope you guys do well
