Food was nasty. Was my favourite part of coming to USA years ago. Don't know what's happened but the wings were so dry and nasty.

We wanted to order something but when we couldn't get to grips with registering with the QR code, I asked a waitress for help and she was very annoyed. I paid a very unfriendly employee with a tip of 0.00.

In the airport it’s a satisfying smorgasbord of wings and tots. Scan your order or take to go. It takes a minute as they have you still cook the wings. Tastes good.

Worst service ever. i never see such a bad service even the employee wasn’t good. we ordered french fries but they give our ordered 20 mints late. Whoever ordered food after they got before us. Even though we tell them we’re airport employee our break time is done give our food. Still they didn’t. i will never ever buy food from here also tell all my colleagues not to go over there. 0/10 rating

This place is a scam…. Between there way overpriced airport food, forced app purchases with time limits, when you close your table you will get an automatic 20% tip if you don’t close in your tab in 30 minutes, food takes an hour to get to you, it’s cold and then on top of that you get surcharges for each order you place! I will NEVER eat here or any Wild Wings again!

These are by far the worst wings I have ever had in my life! Nothing like wanting some food after a long flight and then to be disappointed by how dry and nasty these were. Very upsetting when they were so expensive! This place needs to do better since they are literally a wing place and you would think they would be able to make some decent wings!!!! If you decide that you want to spend money on airport food eat anywhere else but this place!

I am a vegetarian and had an absolutely scrumptious meal served to me by a lovely server, E. The cauliflower wings were delicious and the black bean burger was an exceptional veggie burger. The fries were a 10 out of 10 - and I washed it down with a delicious makers mark with a big ice cube. I will be returning.

This was my first experience at the JFK Airport. I thought the service here at Buffalo Wild Wings was okay. I couldn't eat most things here due to my allergy but I did the spicy passion fruit margarita was okay. If you are a spicy jalapeño margarita type of person, this doesn't quite hit that mark. It's more of a passion fruit margarita with a slight after taste. The Corona in a can for my spouse was flat and didn't taste right. The bartender as soon as we sat down kept rushing us to order while we were already scanning the QR code and putting in food. He stopped us three times before we even finished ordering. This was very off putting considering we were already rushing to order food before our 12+ hour flight with less than 1 hour to board the plane. The food was under seasoned and was sub par in comparison to other Buffalo Wild Wing restaurants.
I would not reccomend this restaurant when stopping by the JFK Airport.
Dietary restrictions: The options to eat here for someone who is gluten free or allergic to gluten are extremely limited.

Your food is not coming, dog. They will say it is, but it isn’t. Their whole game - this is just my theory but if you ever try to “dine” here you will see why it makes sense - is to charge you for food and then just never ever give it to you until you have to leave to get on your plane. While I was sitting there I doubt if even 50% of the people who got there before me ever got their food either. I’m not even sure they really have food here. I’d try somewhere else.
Ordering from a QR code, no connection with staff yet they ask for a tip, bartender all pissy but doesn’t even have to talk to customers. This is not the direction restaurants should go.

Absolute joke of a place. Flying out on vacation, stopped in to eat and girlfriend got brutal food poisoning. Place was filthy, should have known. It’s places like this that need to be called out more for brutal conditions and unkept areas. Staff was lazy, fake friendly and it shouldn’t take 15 mins for a beer. However, that city has gotten lazy overall and the cleanliness and back of house of that place should be watched closely. But it’s New York, the whole place is a joke now.
