Most disgusting service I have ever received. Ended up walking away without purchasing. I grabbed a bottle of water, and walked up to the counter. I was ignored and then yelled at from across the store “what do you want?”. Told the lady I was after a mango refresher, and she said they didn’t have it. I asked for a different flavour, and she replied “what do you not understand about we don’t have that?” I asked for a Coolatta, and she yelled at me “how many times you gonna make me say we don’t have something?” Then proceeded to walk over to her coworker and loudly laugh calling me dumb and saying that I don’t understand what not having something means. All in front of a line full of customers. I put the water back and told her I hope she has a better day. Absolutely no need for the attitude. Appalled at the representation of this brand, especially in such a high traffic area.
I'm just trying to get a drink but they dont take your order, you have to use a terminal that is completely NOT user friendly. After the 10 minutes I wasted trying to get the terminal to work and order my drink, it wouldn't take my card. No wonder 3 people in front of me just straight up left.

Didn't have many problems at this location. Self check-out and cashier available. The food was ready in a couple of minutes. And the drink took a bit longer, but all in all, good service.

Poor, the kiosk (only one of them was working so I had to wait long in the line) didn’t work and the online pick up didn’t work either, so I just walked away

Very slow service. I almost missed my flight
Slow /no service. Super long line with only two order kiosks. Staffs are either confused or just don’t care to tell the 50 customers lined outside that they have the option to order online and pick up. There is an additional manned order counter behind the kiosk that is idling most of the time since customers don’t know they can order from the counter behind the kiosk as well. So the staffs are not really doing anything since the orders are so slow though all they need to do is yo pick up a premade donut. No one from the shop bothered to help the customers speed up the line. It brings a bad name to Dunkin’ and JFK.

You order by using their computers so the order is very clear. Despite that, the order for my bagel was still wrong. But they did open on time at 5:00 am which was appreciated.
Be careful when buying drinks at this dunking donuts. It seems like someone has been tampering with the orange juices.
Not opening on time, 15 minutes late. No communication about the delay. Slow service when open.
Avoid the sausage egg cheese croissant. They serve them super hot but with 0 flavour whatsoever.
It’s a long walk from the Airtrain to the terminal and if you aren’t TSA Pre you could be in for a long wait. Wear comfortable shoes.
