I ordered some food the food is amazing but I waited a hour and 15 min for 3 items and every time I call they say someone is going to call me back and this is sad like it's rare that I order Chinese and when I do this happens from here they used to be quick I don't know what happen I hope they fix it cause the food really
Food is always on point very good and tasty. Delivery is fast but the driver is impatient if he don’t want to wait until you get downstairs call a minute or two before you arrive. Other then that place is amazing.

Family Kitchen is a waste.Waited an hour and a half for delivery. Delivery address was 2 mins away from them, they won't give a $5.00 discount and think it's ok to have customers wait that long and pay in full. I cancelled the order, then they're telling me telling me it's already cooked, they have no idea how to treat customers especially when they fail to deliver on time. Unfortunate.
