6.25.26--stopped here during rush hour,I would have preferred the Springfield location. However,traffic was a major deterrent.
I ordered Rasta Pasta & jerk wings.
The pasta was bland & the wings were not tender.
As for as the presentation of the other foods behind the glass. The food that was finished should've been removed & replaced with new/fresh food.
The glass could have been cleaned also.
The lack luster food presentation & that of the server was disappointing.
Jamaican Flavors is a very popular place for take out.
In my opinion, there's room for improvement,don't take the customers for granted.
The food that I purchased, oxtails, was very good... nice and tender!!

The staff was not friendly and it was hard to hear what the lady was saying when I asked questions. She didn’t want to explain properly very poor customer service. won’t be coming back.
Ordered ackee and &saltfish. As a Jamaican this was horrible. I got ackee & fish no salt. Also only ONE scoop of ackee over too much provisions. The bag came wet and drenched in oil. Worst experience ever.

This is where I bought my babygirl birthday cake yearly! And every year the taste gets better and better, cake was beautifully made and the taste was everything! Mr Baker big up yourself😊 also the customer service for ordering was so good, lady was very nice.
