The food here is always delicious and the workers are friendly and helpful. I had an issue with one of my items and the manager was super helpful and fixed it for me. That makes me always want to come back to this location. Thank you Arisa!
Food is good and the staff is usually okay, but the online ordering takes longer than just waiting in line. Staff does not have a specific area for online order pickup (sign on a wall by cooks), so you dont really get help when you walk in without interrupting them. They prepared the food when I was already there and I was 5 min later than my pickup time.
Most of the time I walk in, check to see what looks good before getting it to-go. I’ve never had a problem. I would recommend against ordering online so that you can see the dish and whether it looks fresh before ordering and know exactly what is being bagged. There is no wait time so I don’t see the benefit of ordering ahead anyway. You can still scan your app to get points if that matters to you.
