Just realized everything is fried yall need a grilled chicken

The Louisiana Kitchen did not have southern iced tea which is a staple in my order. It makes me sad and very frustrated because they did not seem to care that I did not have my iced tea. That's why I went to canes, to sit down on their comfortable booth and enjoy my sweet iced tea with ice. Smh.

Lady taking orders is rude. Usually have to wait for mild chicken, always. Got a combo and asked if I wanted regular or large drink. I said large. When I got drink it only comes in one size. Why ask? Won’t be back here ever again.

The food is okay but whenever there's a sale for example the combo box; when I order it they say they don't have that sale right then and it's not right. I checked their prices. That's just wrong.

Gave me old food and a burnt biscuit. U should make sure the food is fresh and hot before putting it in a box!!

The wrost Popeyes ever they don’t have all the food items that’s showing online at there location like who is in charge of this restaurant then they don’t give you what you asked for the math don’t be adding up like how online you get more food for less price and In store you getting less for more money like it’s a ripe off 8 piece chicken family meal with 1 side for 42 dollars in store while online for 10 piece family meal cost 26 dollars with 2 sides like what

Please make sure your food is cooked thoroughly. I paid 32 dollars for under cooked chicken tenders! I will check my food from here each time.

Literally one of the worst Popeyes in queens!!! I normally place my order for pickup and usually go to pick it up 10-15 minutes after I order and every time it’s never ready my ticket just sits there and the staff just standing around talking never really doing anything nor is it busy so today I was like I’ll just order it and pick it up 20 minutes later only for me to get there same thing only 1 customer in there ticket just sitting in the counter and I’m literally irritated because it’s so annoying I only have a 30 minutes lunch it’s already 10 minutes to go pick it up only for me to still get there and my order still isn’t made. They never apologize or acknowledge their wrong doing so stupid
