The food here isn't Popeyes chicken the batter is very different than other locations. The workers are rude. They don't make your food right. You order spicy tenders and they will give you Classic tenders. They never put in the right amount of strawberry syrup for your strawberry lemonade drink. I know this because I order Popeyes from Times Square by my job everyday. I also notice the breading isn't Popeyes breading either. Also there is a lot of homeless that harassing the customers while they're eating and the workers don't say anything. The worker are slow. French fries are always cold and biscuits tastes stale. I will never go to this Popeyes again. There are better Popeyes locations with better food and Staff.

Solid spot for a quick, crispy bite.I’ve visited this Jamaica Ave location a handful of times, and it’s a very reliable spot. The spicy chicken is always juicy with that perfect signature crunch, and the biscuits are usually served hot and fresh. The staff is generally quick to get your food bagged up and ready.

I’ve been a big fan of Popeyes for a while, and this spot consistently delivers that famous crispy, juicy bone-in fried chicken and those addictive, buttery biscuits. The flavor profile and the crunch of the spicy chicken are simply top-notch and a step above most other fast-food spots. The homestyle mac and cheese is also a great comfort food addition to any combo.

The food is good, hot and fresh. However, the the best sides are chronically underfilled. The small is supposed to be 7 oz.... It was barely 4 oz. If I'd taken two of the small mashed potatoes & gravy and combined them, it would have just filled out the 7 oz. container. It that, this location is disappointing. It's the same for the mac & cheese.
But they always fill the cole slaw (which I do not eat) very well.

Absolutely amazing Popeyes experience. The place was spotless, the staff was super friendly, and the chicken was cooked perfectly crispy, juicy, everything you want. The meal was really affordable too, which made it even better.

Do yourself a favor and grab the frozen Strawberry Lemonade. It’s a little pricey but totally worth it. I’m already excited to go back!

This Popeyes was clean and the employees where nice. They can be a little stingy with the hot sauce. Like I ordered a twelve piece and they gave me five packets of hot sauce. That was the only thing I found 2 be a little off. Other than that everything else was excellent.
