The person at the drive-thru pickup window needs more training. Although I gave him my name and said that I was picking up a mobile order, he still felt the need to ring it up again. When I repeated that it was a MOBILE ORDER from the app, he told me that I should've shown him my phone with the confirmation screen... which is utter foolishness. The instructions don't even tell you to do that. He tried to explain that there is a difference between saying it's a mobile order versus a pickup order, which wasn't applicable because I clearly stated my reason for being there. Again, additional training is needed for him because he messed up the order for the carload of people in front of me. Smh...

Jessica knows how to upsell I love her smile and the food is always fresh at this location & crew members are clean and fast

Was just there and the food took forever. All I worked was a small combo with a sandwich and it took way too long. Wasn’t even busy. Person who took my order on the drive through had an attitude and didn’t seem to understand thier own menu. I asked if I could receive any kind of compensation like another side or a free upgrade and got silence. Do not recommend this location at all.

Night team be holding it down. The lady on drive thru was very nice. Even searched the sweet heat box for the last bbq sauce which I really appreciated.

The drive threw line is always a line. The customer service is ruff. I came all the way back for my pie because it wasn't the 1st time & the guy aggressively told me I did get it after I spend @ least 17$ 2x a week. That wasn't cute
