Honestly bruh. All I see and hear are attitudes and being rushed. They slow at packing orders, chicken sandwhich came back fairly cold. Workers don’t even know what they have. Inventory needs to be stocked, yall don’t got crap. Slow at serving customers , line be almost to the door. Disappointing.

I have been to this location on one 4202 on Rockaway Boulevard for the third time in one week trying to grab a quick snack before I go to work unbelievable. My service sucks. They will never give me my direct order. The first order I made on the first day. My biscuits were missing no ketchup no napkins when I was about to sit and eat all the tables were so filthy dirty didn’t have no choice. Had to dust it down myself and had my snacks and on my second day. I ordered a six dollar meal that was supposed to come with a side order which is a coleslaw. The guy just didn’t give me the coleslaw. Didn’t even bother to tell me that he don’t have any at the moment but just dumped a bunch of fries and give it to me which I didn’t ask for again. It was a dining order and the table was so dirty nowhere to sit that was very cleaned on my third day I kept going back because this is the closest spot to grab a bite before I leave to work. My experience was even worse. The customer service sucked. I ordered the same six dollar meal. The guy never even bother to ask me if I have any choices of piece of chicken. He just gave me what he wanted to give me which is a breast And a drumstick again, no coleslaw and a bunch of fries which I have specifically said I need a side order of coleslaw. I was so upset because I never get what I asked for the service is not very good and the atmosphere is never tidy and clean I think this whole place need a better upgrade not only with better staff. to have better attitude but for some for good management to keep the entire place clean because this is all about health. This is all about people eating is not just about money. Someone should really look into this and do something about it.I am not a very satisfied customers.

We got our Popeyes Meal Our chicken and biscuits and the chicken that we tried almost tasted like rawand the biscuit almost tasted like hard stale bread I would guarantee other Popeyes locations would never do the same

This Popeyes location is a joke. I was trying to order chicken from this place today, and the staff told me that they don't have a card reader and that they only take cash. 😂 What kind of Popeyes doesn't have a card reader???? I asked them if they have macaroni, and they said they don't. that's when I asked them if they have any tartar sauce, and they also said they don't. This Popeyes doesn't have anything. It would be a joke to call this a real business. I'm starting to think that this is some money laundering scheme or something.

I never want after I saw a review saying that staff was rude and they saw someone of the staff digging for gold with picture proof

Two can dine. Chicken burn/over fried
They never have mac & cheese , sweet heat sauce and always gave an attitude . Please remove stuff from the menu if you cannot provide it.

This Popeyes is the worst I've ever had , it's so cold and doesn't taste good at all the chicken is so soggy fries are burnt like what the hell this establishment needs to be reported, the one on liberty and Lafferty is soooo much better and fresher
