A pathetic excuse for a dining experience. Firstly, we ordered using their QR code system which was pretty slick actually. The food came in plastic boxes with plastic utensils. The shrimp tacos in corn tortillas fell apart before you could pick them up because they were soggy. Same for the pulled pork. The burrito was ordered with guacamole and avocado as an additional side. No avocado added so basically paid for nothing. Total bill for this road side meal $108.00
Find somewhere else to eat.

One of the worst places I have ever eaten and it was $80 for a family bill. I am still mad that I spent $80 on literal garbage. It also took 1 hour for the garbage to get to our table. Also the music was blaring the whole time.

This was one of the worst airport dining experiences I have ever had. We were craving Mexican food after traveling in Europe and this was the most disappointing Mexican food I’ve ever had. The chips were stale, store bought and they were super salty. We ordered the “salsa” trio and they have us guacamole, sour cream, and salsa verde. That was $10. Do not order the guacamole which is $17. The tortillas were chewy and dry. You could barely bite through them. The pork meat was okay. They didn’t offer us water until the end of the meal. It was overpriced and not good. Do not go here for Mexican. I can’t speak about the American bar food they also serve.

They don't know how to make drinks. I ordered a tequila sunrise for almost 20 dollars and they shook it. They also wouldn't let us sit at the bar. They also took a long time to make the drinks. Terrible service.

I recently dined at this establishment during my 4hr layover. I have been a longtime buffalo wing enjoyer, you can bet that I will always make them my order if offered where I'm eating. I cannot stress this enough, these were the best buffalo wings i've ever had the blessing to taste. Perfectly crispy, saucy, spicy, and juicy. If it weren't for the fact that it was nearly time for me to board, I would have easily had 3 more orders. I considered running back from my gate to ask what sauce they used. Truly spectacular and memorable. I used to hate JFK if i'm honest, but after this, I PRAY I get another layover there again 🙏🙏🙏
THE WORST. JUST STARVE INSTEAD!!!!!!!! STAFF IS RUDE AND NEVER GETS THE ORDER RIGHT.

27 dollars for a procesco and need to enter your cc manually in order to pay , what the hell are you doing for me? If I'm ordering via barcode and entering my own cc info, go somewhere else. If my wife hadn't ordered i would have left.
Absolute garbage. Terrible food, service is almost nonexistent as you order drinks at the bar and food via a QR code, and staff were fighting in front of the customers. I've had better quality steak from Arby's

Worst airport food I've ever had. Steak was tasteless and overcooked. Steak was also not as advertised. It was advertised as a flat iron with chimichurri, which I ordered rare. I was given a sirloin which was cooked medium well, and that's being generous. Worst part of it all was that this steak was egregiously priced at $42

I usually only give good reviews, HOWEVER I feel I must warn people about this restaurant @ JFK terminal 5 across from JetBlue. My family and I went on vacation last week & had to be at the airport early we had some time before our flight and the restaurant was conveniently located. We all ordered breakfast, It was the worst experience first you have to pay before you receive your food which is so odd, as it was a sit down restaurant, the food was cold, processed & my son ordered a bagel with salmon (the salmon was not fresh! We were the only table in the restaurant and we never saw the waitress again. I will end with this the bill was 113.00 we had to pay the tip prior) We all were trying not to make a big deal about it because we were heading on vacation. Beware of this place.

When I needed a “less” noisy place to eat at JFK during a layover, this Mexican joint seemed like the only respite. Terminal 5 is a high decibel cacophony for some reason, and I had to truck down towards gates 512 through 516 to find some peace.
That said, there’s nothing revolutionary about Revolución. Por que? The pork tacos. They’re exactly what you might expect from airport fare: wooden, uninspired, and lacking in the spice department.
But the pathetic scoop of undercooked yellow rice and cold black bean paste? Que lástima mi amigo. The place has a nice atmosphere, so I was hoping the food might live up to the decor.
Look, it’s the aeropuerto, so beggars can’t be choosers. Everything’s bad, so you look for the least bad option. On a positive note, the draft beer selections were decent and ethnically appropriate - vis a vis the Modelo Pilsner, which is a bit of an enigma in the wild. And the service was quite accommodating, brining me water right away (you order via QR code at your table).
The best part? The place was chill, mostly empty, and a little darker than the bright fluorescent hallways. When you have a layover from Europe, it’s a small grace in the minefield of horrors that is the airport. And I could actually hear myself think.
So… proceed with caution. Enjoy a drink at the bar. Then pray su avión is on time. Via con dios, my darlings.

It's ok. Food is bland but edible. There's hot sauce but only Tabasco. Prices are airport high. I am fueled for the flight, that's all. Waitress was very nice and the music is the most authentic Mexican thing here.

Horrible experience, I’ve never had horrible “Mexican” food like this! As you can see in the picture, the cheese of the nachos is the gross plastic type and it wasn’t even warm. And everything in their menu is expensive! Unreal, please avoid at all cost.

Horrible experience, they force you to pay in advance like America would be a third world country, where they're afraid people wont pay when the restaurant is enclosed, have a security by the door. they don't take Gpay or applepay. However they take the payment in their tablet already set-up with a 22% tipon top, the music very loud even with headphones you still can hear the loud music. Tony tea came cold, the, the home fries taste real bad. And the sausages were overcooked. Disgusting place and people
