It's ok. Food is bland but edible. There's hot sauce but only Tabasco. Prices are airport high. I am fueled for the flight, that's all. Waitress was very nice and the music is the most authentic Mexican thing here.

Horrible experience, I’ve never had horrible “Mexican” food like this! As you can see in the picture, the cheese of the nachos is the gross plastic type and it wasn’t even warm. And everything in their menu is expensive! Unreal, please avoid at all cost.

Horrible experience, they force you to pay in advance like America would be a third world country, where they're afraid people wont pay when the restaurant is enclosed, have a security by the door. they don't take Gpay or applepay. However they take the payment in their tablet already set-up with a 22% tipon top, the music very loud even with headphones you still can hear the loud music. Tony tea came cold, the, the home fries taste real bad. And the sausages were overcooked. Disgusting place and people

Customer service is horrible the lady at the front desk at approximately 0646am on December 30, 2024 would not help me at all when I was trying to place an order. I accidentally order take out when I was trying to dine in, I ask her why she didn’t assist me before placing the order on the computer and she just look at me with a attitude and will not allow me to dine in. Horrible service

If I could give 0 stars for the food I would. The food was very ugly, the tortillas were hard and broke when you picked them up, the chicken was tasteless, the pico de gallo was soft, and the rice was horrible. They ask for the card in advance and send you the invoice 1 hour later or you pay blindly with the tip they come up with. Very expensive food for the quality

Do not eat here. The food is horrible! The trio of salsas appetizer… one of the “salsas” is sour cream haha. And the chips are cold, like right out of a bag. The chicken tacos are incredibly dry and flavorless. The only thing on them is a small sprinkle of shredded cheese and a few specks of pico de gallo. They had tons of workers but everything took forever. Awful food for the price, the service was weird, and the ambiance was dingy and depressing. Go elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs!

After being told to sit anywhere as most tables were open, waiter asked for us to change booths to accommodate another family. Mind you there were other booths open. Ok, so we moved to the other booths. Then placed an order for food, and couldn't get all that was asked for after waiter confirmed they had what was asked for. Therfore I was served a grilled shrimp salad with lettuce and cheese only. I had to ask for salsa to use as a form of dressing to avoid eating dry salad. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she is too busy to come to us and asked if I had a complaint about the service.
The servers are all unprofessional as our to 3 of them to understand what was requested and had side convo of the situation in front of me as though I was not there.
Horrible experience from this place.
Waiter is Johnny (so he says since they had no name tag on)
Manager is Evelyn.
Do better.....

We ordered at the counter (since that appeared the only way to order) and I mentioned, my order is for the dining room. The worker indicated all orders are packaged to-go (no big deal, but we intended to eat in the connected dining room…since we had a 6 month old with us.) After collecting our order, we sat down but were informed we could not eat in the dining area with food packaged to-go. I was incredulous, but responded (politely) how would someone possibly know you had to order from a QR code on the table to be able to sit in the dining area. Of course, they had no answer. I requested to speak with a management member. This person said, sorry; that’s our policy.
Well, it’s your business and you can do as you wish. However, perhaps you can better train your employees to communicate a policy which seems absurd. Or, in the alternative, post a notice somewhere indicating your nonsense. “You can’t use our dining room for food you purchase here…unless you order from a QR code while sitting in the dining room.”
Hopefully, management uses my feedback to up their game in the customer experience department. Also, food was marginal at best and every employee’s attitude was either indifferent or lackluster.

I haven’t experienced such a huge disappointment in a long time. First, when I asked for the menu, I was directed to a website. I placed my order and received it. When I decided to order more, the problems began. The staff member told me I needed to log into my order online. After several unsuccessful attempts, the staff member asked for my phone to help. Unfortunately for the business owner, the staff member was only helping himself. He gave himself 5 stars for service and added a tip for himself. He also tried to place an order through MY phone at an inflated price for the EXACT same menu. As a result, my order, which was half the size, ended up costing twice as much! I have never seen anything like this in all my 15 years in America! Horrible, disgusting. While I was dealing with the staff member, some girl took the leftovers from my previous order, literally while I was eating. Furthermore, I found out that the staff member had no understanding of the menu. He couldn’t explain why the same menu was twice as expensive. It seems the management does not train their staff at all. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN. I even found the strength to write this. Terrible.
P.S. While the staff member was adding a tip for himself, other customers started shouting and calling for him to take their orders. It was like an auction market where people bid for a cow. On a positive note, the soup was excellent, and the chef did a great job. The order was prepared quickly and tasted delicious.
P.S.S. I’ve seen too many negative reviews. I think we need to complain to the airport management.

Lady at the to go counter was extremely rude. I mean EXTREMELY RUDE. I payed $40 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and I asked the lady if I could have a side of mayonnaise and she literally screamed at me with a NO ANSWER. I asked nicely. There was no need for such rudeness.
