The Smokehouse Reviews
7/20 I ordered jerk pork ribs with rice & peas and an order of plantains. The pork was very flavorful as well as the rice & peas and plantains were so delicious. I am definitely hooked and will come back for more! Keep up the great work and keep the delicious food coming

DO NOT EAT HERE! Went here for the first and for sure my last time. I ordered jerk chicken only. The service sucks, the wait time is too long and the food is high blood pressure SALTY and super DRY! If you do not have high blood pressure you will after you taste this food! So not worth the time money nor patience!

The Smokehouse offers delicious dishes like oxtails, stew chicken, jerk chicken, curry chicken, curry goat, and Bar-B-Fry chicken. Customers appreciate the recent addition of credit/debit card payment options. The portions are generous, and the flavors are excellent, making the food great even as leftovers. The barbecue chicken and chicken soup are highlights, with the chicken soup being described as divine, with sufficient cuts of chicken and perfectly seasoned. While sometimes busy, the service is fast and friendly. A young lady named Bianca has been noted for her exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate customers. The Smokehouse is considered one of the best takeout spots in Queens. However, parking can be a challenge due to the restaurant's popularity. Some customers have mentioned a recent dip in food quality compared to their past experiences, but they remain hopeful for improvements.
