Starbucks is one of the best, all the stuff are very active and polite, have no problem going to any Starbucks, ect, ect 👌
I visit this Starbucks nearly every day and I always enjoy it. My number one comment is that all of the workers are very friendly. They make customers feel welcome. Visited this location today 10/23/26 it was amazing!! Customer service and the food items. It RO mention the delicious PSL was everything!!it does get a lil busy around lunch time due to the courts across the street, but the Baristas are right on point. Will visit again.

Starbucks Coffee Company offers a welcoming and pleasant environment for customers. Many visitors appreciate the friendly staff, with several mentioning staff members like Aminat, Eugene, Raymond, and Twanna for their helpful and kind service. Customers often feel special, especially when staff recognize birthdays and create a festive atmosphere, such as singing "Happy Birthday" and designing personalized cups. The new facility near AirTrain to JFK provides plenty of seats and quick service, even during busy times. Guests enjoy relaxing while sipping drinks like the Mocha Frappe and Pink Drink, finding the ambiance peaceful with good music. The store also offers free birthday coffees, which many customers find delightful. While most reviews highlight positive experiences, some mention minor issues, such as inconsistent customer service or self-tipping without asking, which can leave a less pleasant impression. Overall, the restaurant is praised for its clean environment, fast service, and friendly staff, making it a favorite spot for many regulars and visitors alike to enjoy their drinks and celebrate special moments.
