I usually order here because I can do it on my app and I can get my staff faster but today, instead of a matcha frappe they gave me the regular one, I wasn’t expecting that. Otherwise the service it’s ok

It’s a Starbucks in an airport, what do you expect? The food and drinks tasted as good as always. I got a muffin and a drink and it took about 20 minutes which was a bit inconvenient but not too bad. The line was very long on a Wednesday at around 9:30 am. The staff member who took my order was very kind but my drink was made incorrectly and my food order request to not be heated was ignored. Nothing too crazy. It’s an airport Starbucks. The food was put together in a kind of sloppy way, but was hot and tasted decent, and the drink was perfectly good. The staff weren’t particularly friendly, but again, it’s in an airport. 🤷🏼‍♂️
