A total chaos. It was supposed to be opened at 8am but it turned out opening at 10am. I ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew but they ran out of cold brew.I ordered a classic coffee with pumpkin foam on top instead. The barista told me I need to ask the cashier change my drink because they didn’t have cream toppings. I went to the cashier for a refund, and I was asked to talk to the barista. Very good service. I had several questions and they assisted me calmly.We ordered special edition Christmas frappuccinos and coffees (very delicious), so I don't understand other comments saying they don't have them.It's a bit expensive but like everything in NY.

The employee at this location mess up my order by overcharging it and when I confronted her about it, she said she can’t do anything and completely dismissed me by calling the next customer. Is it how they handle mistake here? I get that people make mistakes but she doesn’t even own up to it and acts like it’s not a big deal.
