This Tex’s place is the best! After all I’ve seen I saw that chicken nuggets were always out. But over here it doesn’t matter what it’s like, they will still serve it.

This Halal restaurant is the best! They sell 100% Halal Food.

I used to luv this place. This is close to my home and stays open till 2am. Thats why I use to run here for late night food. But last 4 experiences where very disappointing. The new night crew is horrendous! The MIC or the guy in charge is super rude. No greetings. The store stops making food around 11:30pm even though according to corporate they were supposed to close doors at 2am! I went in one night around 12:30am with my family. I had to beg them to let us sit! I was so embarrassed. Another night I went with my brother around 12:50ish. This guys didn’t greet us was rude and said there was nothing else but chicken. I sympathies with food service workers as I myself have been in this felid. But there are better ways to deny service to a customer. I will be emailing directly to corporate. And I will have the franchise owners attention. Because such a great neighborhood chicken spot that reminds us of home. Should have a better customer service. I have been going to this store fr past 5 years. But the night crew was changed with in last 6months or so. And the new crew is ridiculous! Bring back the old folks. I don’t want free food. I just one respectful service!!!

I literally saw him throw out the trash on the tray and just clean it with a wipe, it was disgusting, i told him thats gross and to clean it with water, but he didnt listen and decided to argue. The food is amazing but the hygiene there is disgusting

The chickens that they use are much larger than other chicken places. If you are not a fan of hot, do NOT get the spicy.
The chicken is nicely deep-fried with quite a bit of flavor.

The Spicy Chicken tenders were delicious, sorry Popeyes but Tex has taken over for the freshness of the chicken with the perfect amount of crisp and tenderness
I couldn't even get the time to click a picture because I started it but next time for sure

Food is pretty good, but the service can be stagnant and slow. Slow enough for me to be slightly bothered by it. I still give the review a 4 star because the food is definitely on point. I'd advise ordering from the app ahead of time if time is something you can't afford to waste. Even though I can't fully guarantee that because I haven't used the app as of yet. I hope it works in your favor.

good service, the guy at the cashier at night doesn't speak spanish but he kindly helps you buy and translates for you to understand that is worth gold, i bought chicken and it is excellent as well as the salad, soon i will go for the hamburgers
