Tex’s Chicken & Burgers

The place should not be there because they sweep while you dine and I was informed by the employee they don't hire women at this location at all during any shift. I went to the counter to order and he was busy talking on the phone while I was in the line ready to order. I had to wait until he was finished with his conversation. One staff the elderly guy completely nice who sometimes takes the order but works packing the food too, but the front person was impatient. I have to admit the food is always good but lately negligence. I will not go there anymore because their attitude. It needs both men and women. This is America and New York not an Ancient country. It's very bad for America to have this restaurant open here with this attitude.

Paid for a 4-piece meal and only received 3 pieces at Tex’s Chicken & Burgers on Jamaica Ave. This is unacceptable and misleading. If this isn’t corrected, I’ll be reporting it and making sure others are aware. Customers deserve to get exactly what they pay for. The worker states the biscuit counts as a piece of chicken he can’t be serious never in my life have I ever heard of that it clearly states 4 pieces of chicken for $6 report filed already as this is posted

This place is horrible, they just be handing out your orders to other people without any proof of pickup.

I ordered and saw the cashier use his bare hands to package food in the box. Opening and touching the inside of the box with the same dirty hands that touched money all day. He made eye contact and looked ashamed he got caught. Don't eat from this place.

It’s absolutely nasty in there, the manager and the staff are ridiculous and extremely rude. Do not recommend at all. The food is not freshly prepared either.

Horrible behavior towards customers, the staffs thinks the are a big shot. The owner keeps this kind of employees wonder how he is.
