Management is bad and rude. this is the 3rd time i visited there and same experience. i ordered sandwich and the bread was stale and not fresh.

SUPREME 'S STAY AWAY ORDER! This location gives very tiny chicken pieces way overcooked with no seasoning whatsoever! I really believe that this location has no care or consideration for this community! When you complain, they pretend they can't speak or understand English! I have my lawsuit form on my desk right now against this establishment. When I file it, I will post an update, with the court date also. The way this place is being run right now, I do not see any hope or chance for them to correct themselves. After complaining to the corporate office, it took two weeks for a response. This is a bad deal all the way around, so go to the other TEX'S on Jamaica Avenue and 148th Street.

I go there a few times a week. Its a welcoming place with good deals and tasty foods. I recommend people not to go there much......because i like eating when it's less crowded 🙃

So, I downloaded the app to earn rewards, but when I showed them, they didn’t accept it. It’s not their fault, though. The company needs to update their cashier system. But hey. The food was delicious, Overall, it fine here

This location offers great value for the buck, but I would not be a repeat customer. If you enjoy being in a ghetto environment, this is the place for you. The staff members don't mind welcoming pan handlers.

The experience at this place was wonderful this was because I had lunch at this place many years ago and I ordered two pieces of fried chicken, and soda. The chicken tasted good and the service was fast and the atmosphere was quiet.
Dietary restrictions: If there are people with dietary restrictions ask the server before order.
Kid-friendliness: Kids will love this place because it is people friendly with lots of choices to make.
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible because it is on the street level.
I don’t know what’s wrong with this guy! Everytime I got there, I order takeout. He packs chicken in a paper bag instead of giving me a box. It’s hard to carry food like that and it’s so cheap. He does that everytime. When asked tries to make excuses. Thats the one guy tall healthy, has beard. He has Zero customer service skill. I go to different store because of his behavior.
2days ago Ordered for to-go 3pc chicken combo and coleslaw told them to give one spicy pc chicken which they didn’t gave and they didn’t give me my coleslaw for which they charged me around $3 I realized it after reaching home..…. Didn’t even gave my food in a BAG which they have just packed it in paper bag and that’s it.

Amazing customer service and kind employees. They even have a clean restroom for customers to use and I appreciate the brother for allowing me to use it. I've come to the restaurant several times and they have amazing Halal food!
