The line was super long but totally understand at an airport like JFK.I was disappointed that they don’t have soda water so couldn’t take the meal combo as I’m trying to watch extra calories that I can careless about. What made me really upset is that when I ordered my sandwich and the fries separately, I got charged $5 for their fries while their menu says $2 and some change. I didn’t want to argue for long as I wanted to respect the line. The worker said oh these prices are not airport prices and she can’t cancel order or issue refund or anything. It’s not correct what she said because she Schaefer for the right sandwich price. Also, if what she said it’s true for fries only she should warn customers first.

Staff friendly, assisted me with getting in the correct line then immediately took my order. Quick, order accurate, food good for Wendy's, and the only place at Gate C in the airport with a menu that's accurate.

There’s always an excuse as to why they never have coffee. For over a year now their excuse is the coffee machine doesn’t work.

My grilled chicken sandwich was so hard I couldn't finish it. The fries were so salty I also couldn't finish. The lemonade was the best part of the meal. They need to do better... much better. I wasted $16 on this meal.

I asked for hot water for my baby and the girl said no even though we bought our food there. And a offered to pay it was the same response. Bad experience

I must say I am impressed. This Wendy’s is putting out several orders per minute. My food was hot and well made. Great job!

The general manager at this location needs to learn to treat people. She decided to reprimand am employee but in a rude manner and was loud enough for me the customer to hear. I feel so bad for the employee because I asked for a special order. Sad that adults don't know how to speak to young adults.

My husband and I decided to get something to eat after an international flight and before another domestic one. We decided to opt for Wendy's after quickly finding out that most dine-in restaurants in this secluded terminal were extremely overpriced, despite knowing that they have very little vegan options. Because there already was a long line ahead of us, I decided to just get their fries as to not put any additional burden on the busy employees by requesting special accommodations. The fries were nice and hot, but they ran out of ketchup at the time. There are no designated seats for the establishment, but there is a high table for you to eat while standing up and there are plenty of benches nearby if you want to sit.

They do not offer any of there deals that they advertise outside of the airport. So it is definitely more expensive than your traditional Wendy’s. I don’t think that companies should price gouges just because it’s an airport location.

Marshall was amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure our large family had everything we needed. Very authentic, friendly and a great smile. Thank you Marshall!

Marshall was incredibly friendly and helpful. He helped us navigate an issue with food vouchers and was very focused on making sure our order was correct.

Reviews worried me but I am pefechappy with my Dave's Double Combo. Ooey goodness, really hot fries and quick. Better than most Wendy's.

Staff was not friendly. Rude. Don’t use words when you say thank you or please. Would get more out of a robot then the staff. Food was good though if it wasn’t spit in. Bad attitudes - which reflects on the company. Quite sad. Also didn’t even put my lid on correctly for my shake - probably done intentionally

This Wendy's inside JFK Terminal 2 doesn't accept Wendy's gift cards. But you don't know about it until you walk up to the cash register. The Wendy's app inexplicably accepts orders for this particular location and will let you select gift card as payment. The order counter will receive the order too but they'll just ignore the ticket because it'll say "payment failed" since they don't accept gift cards. How is an app order customer supposed to know this quirk? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ is what the gal at the register told me when I asked. So as you might guess by now, I tried to app order some food en route to my boarding gate last Thursday. The app will tell you to skip the line and wait for your food... which will never come. After about 10 min I walked up to the counter to ask and the above situation with gift cards was explained to me. You can still order on the app if you use a credit card. So that's what I did for my 2nd attempt. I did eventually get my food but this could be a critical problem for people who are really short on time between layovers. Wendy's corporate needs to fix this issue with their app or this location needs to start accepting gift cards...
