Staff friendly, assisted me with getting in the correct line then immediately took my order. Quick, order accurate, food good for Wendy's, and the only place at Gate C in the airport with a menu that's accurate.
The general manager at this location needs to learn to treat people. She decided to reprimand am employee but in a rude manner and was loud enough for me the customer to hear. I feel so bad for the employee because I asked for a special order. Sad that adults don't know how to speak to young adults.

The line was super long but totally understand at an airport like JFK.I was disappointed that they don’t have soda water so couldn’t take the meal combo as I’m trying to watch extra calories that I can careless about.What made me really upset is that when I ordered my sandwich and the fries separately, I got charged $5 for their fries while their menu says $2 and some change.
