Cashier was welcoming and friendly despite the crowd and my request for extra crispy fries was met with perfection! The fries are on my Top 10 list of fries I have eaten! The young man packing the bags was efficient and courteous.

The Veggie Shack is well-seasoned and highly recommended. However, the service was bad and it took forever to get orders, with one milkshake taking 45 minutes. It is better than most other options in the airport, but don't order if you're in a hurry.
