Coffee and snacks counter in Terminal 5. Usually a long, slow moving line. When you get to the counter, you had best know exactly what you want and not have any questions because they don’t have the time or patience to be helpful. Just figure it out! And have your credit card out! I asked for milk and sugar and man did they make me regret it. Obviously, all the extras are around the corner behind the mob where you can’t see them! My bad.

The cheese danish was pretty good (tasted surprisingly fresh), just the cashier that was helping me didn’t know what any of the baked goods on display were and had to ask her coworker. The coworker that knew what the baked goods were was nice, the one checking me out acted like it was exhausting that I had to ask… even though she herself didn’t know. The line did not move fast.I got a packaged chai protein smoothie as well from the fridge, can’t remember the brand but...

Could be worse... staff looks quite bored and they accidentally gave me an extra coffee which I didn't ask for (and got charged for it!) -- but they refunded it. The food seems okay and so is the coffee.
