Our recent dinner delivery could be used as evidence of why Kam got hung. That's if Kam was the person who cooked the food. Two stars because the egg roll was pretty good. Boneless spare ribs were dry, chewy and seemed to be frozen/re heated. Tofu w brown sauce was the same way. Rice was sticky and pasty. Fried rice was more gluey that pasty. (Paste is a bit thicker than glue for those of you who don't usually compare your food to adhesives) Everything arrived cold, but we were hesitant to microwave the food (again) So, either go with an all egg roll dinner or try someplace else (good luck to you as we have found ZERO good Chinese restaurants on the North Fork.

I have been coming to Kam Hung Kitchen fo their take out many years. I love their Chicken with Broccoli, sautéed string beans and fried rice. Happy to have such a competent take out so close by.

The wonton soup was just broth no pork or scallions. It was ok.The cold noodles in peanut sauce was inedible. What supposed to be a thick pasty sauce over noodles was watery gravy underneath noodles that were barely passed through boiling water.I keep trying because I live close but it’s worth driving up to Mattituck where you can get a decent meal. Don’t waste your money. In addition the woman in front is relatively nasty. No redeeming quality here.
