After the Lily Tomlin performance the other night my friend and I peaked our heads into the Cherry Lounge and I decided right away I'd rather check out the gay bar, thank you very much. (This is not to say anything against the Cherry Lounge, I'm sure it's very nice, but I didn't feel like my people were there.) As far as I know, this is the only gay bar in Jamestown. It's nothing fancy, and dive bar it is. That being said, what you see is what you get and at least there is a gay bar. The bartender was friendly and the drinks reasonably priced. Having a better selection of draft beer would have been nice.
