Ordered a pumpkin spice latte for delivery and they made it with strawberry!!! Absolutely disgusting and the manager said that would never happen and nothing they could do have pictures to prove this as well
I go into work at 4am and the Brooklyn square location is the only one open. Last week I stopped for breakfast sandwiches and they tried to charge me double the price because I didn’t use the magic words and specifically say 2/$6. Then today I tried to stop at 3:30am again for breakfast sandwiches and they said they don’t serve breakfast until 4 even though I was just there last week at the same time.
