“We recently started going back to eat at Johnny Rockets and the service was top notch. We always ask for Shauna as she is very attentive and pleasant to our whole family . Service is always important to me when dining out with Shauna we don’t have to ask for a refill they are brought to the table that’s what I call top notch service. Shauna’s service and the great food keep us coming back every weekend!“

“Finally stopped in after driving by too many tines and glad I did. Great group of guys, friendly and chatty. Took the chef's recommendation, watched the patties hit the flat top and knew it was gonna be good! Juicy, cheesy, with that smash burger crisp. Absolutely delicious and a hidden gem until their new location opens!! BTW...the pickles!!!! House made and sooooo good!!“

“The young man whose name I believe is Rydell (sorry if I spelled it wrong), is one of the nicest and most helpful cashiers I’ve meet. We’ve gone through his check out line multiple times and we’re always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. In a world where it’s so hard to find anyone that is personable anymore, he really deserves to be recognized by Wegmans! He’s an awesome example.“

“We had Ponchito's Taqueria cater our son's graduation party on a Sunday — even though they are normally closed — and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was incredible — hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. EVERYONE at the party raved about it, and there wasn’t a single taco left from the taco bar! Their team was friendly, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. Thank you so much for your kindness, your amazing food, and for making this day extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

“Passing through town on a snowy night, our family needed to grab a meal to bring back to the hotel. We had trouble narrowing down what to order, as there were so many great-looking options. The service was friendly, prices were reasonable, and most importantly, every single thing we ordered was even better than we anticipated. Even our hard-to-please kids loved their meals and even actually asked to try some of ours. We will definitely be back when back in the area to try some of the other items (though it will be hard to pass up the jambalaya mac & cheese, southwestern egg rolls and loaded salts, knowing how good they are)!“

Deena Pete that pretty light skinned girl with the pretty hair the cool guy with the cool hair and that other big white lady i think shes the big boss im pretty sure, there good people and they work hard. “I was in and out. I ordered online and everything was hot and ready within like 2 minutes.
But really I'm leaving a review because of the atmosphere. The staff were all happy. They were working together like a well oiled machine, talking, joking, and singing with each other. I had such a pleasant experience. It makes a world of difference when you walk into a space where people seem happy and joyful. I just appreciated the atmosphere and wanted to share.“

“We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

“Went through the Drive thru this morning, placed my order and pulled to the pay window. I payed and the gentlemen told me it would be a few minutes. I waited and after the few minutes passed, my order was ready and the kind gentlemen explained that the previous order was rather large and for my inconvenience, he included some extras in my order which I greatly appreciated. It takes empathy and honor to recognize these situations and applaud his kind gesture. Thanks for considering my time and accommodating me for it. We'll done!“

“Made our first visit to this Applebees yesterday. Was very pleased with our experience. Our waiter, Cam, was also the bartender, and did a great job. Even though he was quite busy at the bar, he was very attentive to the booths he was waiting on as well. We had the 2 for $25 meal deal, and everything was excellent.“

“GREAT french onion soup and cobb salad. Horrible mac and cheese - the worst I've ever had. They need a new recipe. The other day I ordered a tunafish sandwich and cup of soup and was charged for a tuna melt. $14.00 is a bit much. I mostly like Zebbs but they need improvement. Service has always been good.“

“This place was super busy, but they worked through like champs. I got a free burger on veterans day and they were fine with it. The burgers aren't the best, too thin to try well or rare. But a great experience otherwise, id recommend this place (off peak hours)“

“I left this review on "Where Syracuse Eats"; Oh, my soul! Soft shell crab tacos at Brian's Landing Jamesville. I now want to permanently live here in the middle of their dining room... Had a fantastic lunch... deep fried brussel sprouts with pork belly, a delightful salad with prosciutto and fresh figs, and these slammin' tacos. Large sharable portions reasonably priced and charmingly (and very professionally) served by our waitperson, Skyler. Definitely will be revisiting this jernt on a regular basis!“
