“This is my new favorite diner in the Syracuse area. Fast service with perfectly cooked eggs by the chef. Wait staff are attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Or you can sit at the bar in front of the chef cooking on the grill. Very entertaining if there is a seat available. Honey packets are available, if ordering hot tea. The smell and taste of those delicious peppers and onions mixed in the home fries makes them the best tasting around. They also just remodeled the building which looks great.“

“Loved what they have done with the interior. It’s bright and welcoming. I also liked how roomy it is. Most diners are small which felt like you were sitting on top of each other. The staff were welcoming. Our server was amazing. His name was Josh, he greeted us with a smile. Our coffee was never empty and always hot. Food came out fairly fast and it the portion size were huge. Josh came to our table to check on us. He chatted with us, he was very friendly. The food was hot and was cooked the way it should be. “At Rosie's it's all about the friendship. It's a place where they treat you like family even when you're visiting from another state. I don't travel much, but when I do, I look for a local place where they appreciate me paying cash.

When I walked in, I was greeted with a rousing good morning from behind the bar. Tables surrounded this tiny place and the bar sat in the center. The aromas of deliciousness wafted through the air. I knew I was in the right place.

I picked up the menu and looked for their house specialty. Then I saw it. The sever carried out this plate of heaven to another patron. I HAD TO HAVE THAT! I don't even know what I ordered but the first bite was like nothing I'd ever experienced. It was some version of eggs benedict and I didn't ask what it was. Now, eggs benedict usually takes four bites per English muffin but this one took six. Each bit was as good as the first until. I admit, it was gone. The home fries were great but nothing to hop around about.

“Stella's is one of my favorite places for fish on Friday. They have it fried, broiled or grilled. Recently I was there and ordered mashed potatoes with my fish. I did not specify without gravy. When the waitress brought my dinner I was upset because it had gravy. She took them back to the kitchen. When she returned it seemed that I had more than before. Unfortunately I am allergic to gluten, which was in the gravy. For the last 2 days, I have been having symptoms related to eating gluten.“
